What brought us to Yoga: The first time we stepped on yoga mat was at the fundraising event for diversity with Yoga OM, we really enjoyed it. Yoga helps with my strength and flexibility and I found peace within myself. I also love the way I feel after doing yoga & especially doing it with my daughter.
