We invite you to join this journey, finding new connections, new experiences, building unforgettable memories! Vida Asana is tucked in the lush jungle of Costa Rica, just short walk to Pacific Ocean. It is a mecca for a personal retreat. The vast expanse of Playa Grande (translation being” big beach”) . Location is only 90 minutes from San Jose Airport (SJO).

• Spacious open-air jungle yoga shala, with mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blue tooth speaker.

• All rooms have a private bathroom, hot water, AC, ceiling fan, and organic soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

• Three abundant organic (whenever possible) meals per day.

• Welcome refreshments and light snack upon arrival.

• Sangria night with non-alcoholic option.

• Pool, sun deck with lounge chairs, hammocks, and covered lounge area.

• Bicycles for transportation to and from the beach.

• Concierge services (booking of tours, adventures, massages, transportation, general information).

Food at Vida Asana was created with a healthy lifestyle as the inspiration. Every menu item is made from scratch using whole, and as often as possible, organic ingredients. Food is mostly gluten free, and vegan centric, with eggs and yogurt at breakfast, and fish served at dinner every second night . All allergies or dietary needs are easily accommodated.

Lush of gardens, relaxation by the pool, serenity of the teakwood Yoga Shalas, sunrises and glory of sunsets over the vast expanse of Playa Hermosa will greet you with the energy of love and serenity. We will start each day with a yoga practice grounded with the deep feeling of gratitude, taking a deep breath, reminding ourselves and each other about a gift we are given from this miraculous life.

Important Details about the Retreat

What’s Included:

* 6 Nights Lodging April 7 to 13: Comfortable accommodations in rooms equipped with modern amenities.

* Daily Yoga and Meditation: Morning Vinyasa/Kundalini flows and evening Restorative/Yin yoga or Breathwork/Meditation in our open-air jungle yoga shala.

* Optional Retreat Workshops

* Nutritious Meals: 3 daily meals, freshly prepared with local ingredients.

* Transport: Group shuttle with designated pick up on April 7th and drop off on April 13th scheduled from/to San Jose (SJO) airport.

Not Included: Your flight (but Alaska Airlines flies to Costa Rica, come with a friend using your companion fare), travel insurance, airport transfers if not using designated pick-up and drop-off group shuttle schedule (can be arranged for $120 each way), all optional excursions, gratuities, and alcohol.

Accommodations: Vida Asana is more than a retreat center; it’s a sanctuary. With its pool, sun deck, and close proximity to the beach, it’s the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

The beach is a 5-minute bike ride away (bikes are free to use).

** A $500 deposit saves your spot. Once registered, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

• 50% of the balance (minus the $500 deposit) is due on October 15th, 2024. 

• The remaining balance is due on or before February 15th, 2025.

 • Cancel on or before November 14th, 2024 for a full refund (minus the $500 deposit)  

• Cancel on or before February 15th, 2025 for a 50% refund (minus the $500 deposit) 

• There is no refund for cancellations on or after February 16th, 2025
