See What our Students Say

Yoga is extremely inspiring. I feel myself getting mentally stronger in addition to the physical benefits! I have definitely noticed more definition in my arms and legs and am thrilled with my body changing.

I’ve been an athlete all my life but I’ve never felt as strong as I have since starting yoga. The strength and grace that comes from being dedicated to practice is incredible.

A few months ago, I started a regular Yoga  practice. It has been such an amazing transformation. I feel stronger and healthier. Sculpt & Flow class makes everything else in the day seem easy!

Yoga has helped me create a healthy mind and body together. My practice has helped me with the emotional stress of my job as a nurse.

Going to yoga has become a morning ritual. It has brought balance and peace in my otherwise chaotic day. Being on my mat really helps ground me down and centers me back to focus on what truly is important.

Yoga is a major stress reliever. I tell people what to do all day at work, this is my one hour a day to not think about anything but breathing and moving. I take my watch off and leave my cell phone at home. It’s an hour for me!

There have been a handful of emotional and physical changes I’ve experienced since starting yoga. I am a very type A person — there’s nothing I can do to change that, but since I started practicing yoga, I have discovered that I can change the way I see and react to certain situations. Yoga has equipped me with the skills necessary to accept the curveballs that come my way. As if that’s not enough of a gift, I’m also a lifelong athlete and yoga has made me a more balanced and stronger athlete.

I originally started practicing yoga because I worked a stressful, high intensity job and wanted an exercise routine that was not as high-intensity. Yoga has encouraged me to slow down in life and be more accepting of myself.

Yoga was one place I could come without judgment. No matter what, I felt as though I belonged. Every class the instructor would say “don’t compare yourself to what you could do yesterday or what you may be able to do tomorrow. Right now is where you need to be”. I am a type A, self-competitive person, so hearing that, at a time when my body could not do what my mind wanted it to, was so refreshing.

Yoga is my stress outlet. I am able to carry my practice into my everyday life through improved patience, mindfulness, and gratefulness. I know I’m a better teacher because I practice yoga!

I was trying to find a way to not be so angry or so stressed out. Someone I knew told me to take up yoga. I was hooked. The hour of no cell phone no one to bother me, just me and my mat, is the best thing I could have done.

Yoga keeps me young. It allows my muscles to recover from more strenuous workouts & running. It reduces my stress & anxiety and often makes me a nicer person.
